Kitchen Encounters is wrapping up April by putting the leftover Easter ham and ham bone to very good use.  This absolutely delicious bean soup recipe is one you are not going to want to miss.  There really are no new twists to be had on a great bean soup recipe, so, I just posted the one Melanie's Kitchen has been getting rave reviews on for many years now.  I make a big batch of this every year, then freeze a lot of it, to serve at picnics and barbecues all Summer long!
