~ Homemade Boursin w/Parm 'n Pepper Pita Chips (A Short Video/Slideshow, 01:00) ~

PICT1215 In my opinion, every recipe file deserves at least one "go to" cheese dip or cheese spread with a special cracker or toast to accompany it.  In my opinion, it should also be quick and easy to put together as well.  I have several, but this one is my favorite.  Give me a dollop of creamy, buttery Boursin on a crisp, crunchy pita chip any day of the week!  To view a short video/slideshow:
