~ Honey-Sesame Pork w/Garlic-Ginger Sauce (A Short Video/Slideshow, 00:57) ~

After a trip to our local Asian Market on Friday morning (today is Monday and it is after the weekend), I decided to make this meal my "weekend project".  I say "project" because I'm going to be posting this Asian feast in three parts, which is a bit more work at my end, so you have the option of cooking any part by itself and serving it with whatever you choose to.  This is a meal that will kick your Winterized tastebuds into the Spring/Summer season!
