~ Mel's Asian-Style Vegetable Saute (A Short Video/Slideshow, 00:35) ~

PICT1376 It is day two of what is now being affectionately referred to as "Asian Feast Week".  Well... it is really only three days, but Melanie's Kitchen smells great and after tasting all of these wonderful flavors, I can tell you: everyone here is ready for Spring to arrive for real!  Yesterday we posted my recipe for ~ Honey-Sesame Pork w/Garlic Ginger Sauce ~, and you can find that recipe in Categories 3 & 13.

Today, as an accompaniment to the pork, we posted ~ Mel's Asian-Style Vegetable Saute ~, and you can read the recipe in Categories 4 & 13.  To view a short video/slideshow of today's recipe:
