~ Provencal Seafood Stew w/Lemon Rice (A Short Video/Slideshow, 00:58) ~

PICT0993 It's April Fools Day, but all foolin' aside, this is probably one of the best seafood stews you will ever taste.  It is just as good in the Spring/Summer as it is in the Fall/Winter.
